SUBMERSIBLE ELECTRIC MOTORS FOR ROTARY PUMPS

JSC Plant Potencial produces submersible induction three-phase two-pole short-circuited oil-filled motors of normal and corrosion-resistant modifications of APN series (further called "motors") in three dimension-types (with body external diameter 103, 117 and 123 mm) designed for long-continued mode of operation meeting to category S1 according to GOST 183 supplied from electricity network 50 Hz as drivers of rotary pumps on modular base for pumping stratal water from oil wells of 5, 5A and 6 groups with angle of inclination from vertical line in UETsN mounting position up to 40 degree. The motors are designed for operation in stratal water medium with temperature up to + 90 °C (temperaturestable motors up to + 120 °C).

The motor consists of one or several electric motors and hydraulic protection. The hydraulic protection is designed for protection of internal space of the electric motor from stratal water penetration as well as for compensation of oil volume and its consumption connected with temperature changes.

The plant became production of four-pole electric motors of 117 mm dimension-type.

All our electric motors have magnetic circuits with enlarged perimeter of slots. This have allowed to increase cross-section of wind wire and to make their performance capabilities better.

The following achievements are applied in the electric motors:

  • stators with straightening internal boring;
  • heat-resistant (up to + 220 °C) pads of current leads with fixation;
  • rotor bearings from nonmagnetic cast iron;
  • sliding couples in body parts and rotor bearings made from treated steel and metalfluoroplastic;
  • rotor shafts with central and axis holes, and with oil circulation circuits;
  • bearing bushings of rotors and bearings of body parts having axis holes for lubrication.

The motors can be completed with hydraulic protections of 2G51 and P92DM types.

The following changes are made in the hydraulic protections of 2G51:

  • shaft friction on the protector is excluded, sliding couple in body parts is made from polished steel-metalfluoroplastic;
  • axial bearings with self-adjustment are applied;
  • a hydraulic protection of diaphragm from accompanying gas effect is provided.

In accordance with customer's requirements the plant has possibility to elaborate electric motors of not standard capacity, for increased (decreased) voltage, with modernised hydraulic protection and changed conjunctive sizes.

The plant produces also submersible water-filled electric motors intended for drives of industrial rotary pumps and domestic screw electric pumps.
